Mandatory Requirements
- Registered Society or Trust
- Section 8 / 25 Company Status
- Valid 12A and 80G Certification
- At least 3 years of operation
General Conditions
- Legally written constitution
- Documented organizational bye-laws
- Annual audit reports for 3 years
- Clearly defined governance board

- No history of blacklisting by government agencies
- Malpractice exclusion policy
- No political or religious affiliation
- Transparent financial disclosure
